Materials:
- Ice cream
- Wafer cones or bowls
- Fruit, sweets or other toppings
Instructions:
- Your Scout Elf will set out the cones, bowls and toppings.
- They will pose nearby and wait.
- When you find them, it will be the best breakfast surprise ever!
