A Magical New Show for Preschoolers
The North Pole is always bursting with wonder, imagination, and play and now, Santa’s newest team of heroes is ready to share that magic with the world’s youngest dreamers.
Introducing Scout Elf Squad™, the brand-new animated preschool series from The Elf on the Shelf®! Launching 24 November 2025 on the official Elf on the Shelf® YouTube channel, this magical show invites families across the UK to join four brave, kind, and funny Scout Elves on their adventures through the snow-covered North Pole.
Every day at Santa’s North Pole is filled with discovery, creativity, and friendship. That’s exactly what preschoolers will experience as they meet Frostina, Shiver, Snowdrop, and Blizzard, the four Scout Elves who make up the Scout Elf Squad.
Together, they use teamwork, imagination, and plenty of North Pole spirit to help others, solve frosty challenges, and remind us that even the smallest helpers can make a big difference.
Each colourful episode is designed especially for young children, filled with music, laughter, and lessons about kindness, courage, and cooperation, values that help little ones shine in their own everyday adventures.

Frostina
Confident, observant and wise. She’s the team’s leader and guide.
Shiver
Smart, scientific and inventive. He’s the team’s tinkerer and fact-finder.
Snowdrop
Sweet, artistic and imaginative. She keeps others calm and positive.

Frostina
“Detecto-specs, double check!“
Calm, confident and brilliantly observant, Frostina is the natural leader of the Scout Elf Squad. Her magical Detecto-Specs allow her to see what others miss, tiny details, hidden clues and the heart of every problem.
When the snowflakes are swirling and things start to feel uncertain, Frostina is the one who brings everyone together. She listens first, thinks carefully, and leads with kindness, because she knows that true leadership isn’t about being in charge, it’s about helping others shine.
She’s the planner and the problem-solver, the elf who can turn a tricky situation into a learning moment. Frostina proves that wisdom and patience always win the day.
Shiver
“Magic gadget, gear up!“
Brilliant, curious and wonderfully inventive, Shiver is the Squad’s scientific mind, the elf who can turn snowflakes and sleigh bells into anything from gadgets to giggle-making machines.
Armed with his Magic Gadget Messenger Bag, Shiver always seems to have exactly what’s needed tucked away: grappling ropes, snow thermometers, even an emergency cocoa warmer! He’s fascinated by how things work, and even when his inventions don’t go quite to plan, he never stops trying.
When the team faces a challenge, Shiver’s quick thinking and creative problem-solving often save the day. But beyond the gizmos and gears, he teaches an even bigger lesson: that curiosity, imagination and persistence are the true engines of discovery.
Snowdrop
“Zazzle-wand, dazzle on!“
Gentle, artistic and endlessly imaginative, Snowdrop is the heart of the Scout Elf Squad. Her sparkly Zazzle-Wand glows brighter the kinder she feels, and that’s often, because she believes there’s nothing more powerful than compassion.
Snowdrop sees beauty where others might see a problem: a broken snowflake becomes a new pattern; a gloomy day becomes a chance to share a smile. She’s the one who cheers up her friends when missions go wrong, wraps baby Frost Pips in tiny scarves and fills the air with soft music and shimmer whenever someone needs encouragement.
Her creativity helps the team stay calm and joyful, even during their wildest adventures. Through Snowdrop, little viewers learn that kindness makes you strong.
Blizzard
“Blasto-board, blast-off!“
Fearless, funny and full of energy, Blizzard is the team’s daredevil, and everyone’s favourite source of laughter. Zipping across the snow on his Blasto-Board, he brings speed, excitement and endless enthusiasm to every mission.
He’s bold but never bossy, brave but always caring. Blizzard’s courage shines brightest when he’s helping a friend who’s scared to try something new or facing a challenge of his own. When he takes a tumble, he just laughs, shakes off the snow and says, “That’s how you learn!”
Blizzard reminds children that bravery isn’t about being perfect; it’s about trying again, being kind to yourself, and turning every mistake into a moment of growth.
The Magic of Teamwork
When the Squad faces a challenge, they join mittens and create a North Pole Power-Up, a magical burst of teamwork energy that helps them “learn, play and save the day!”
It’s a joyful reminder that when we combine courage, creativity and kindness, there’s nothing we can’t overcome.
