Oh Me, Oh My…Oh Mummy!

Your Scout Elf is ready to get wrapping…Halloween style! This idea is perfect for families looking for a quick and funny surprise. While visiting for Halloween, your Scout Elf may decide to transform some favourite furry friends into mummies.
Materials:
- Stuffed animals
- Toilet paper
- Glue dots (optional)
Instructions:
- Your Scout Elf will wrap toilet paper around your stuffed animals, turning them into mummies just in time for Halloween!
- They may use glue dots along the way to keep the toilet paper in place.
Scout Elf Dress-Up
When your Scout Elf visits at Halloween, they arrive in style. Thanks to free printable costumes, your elf can join in the trick-or-treat excitement by dressing up in miniature outfits.
Materials:
- Color printer
- Card stock/paper
- Printable
- Scisssors
- Tape
Instructions:
- Your elf will print and cut out the printable.
- They will surprise you, dressed up in a Halloween costume! Your elf will slip the candy corn costume over their head and tuck it into place under their collar.
- As another option, they will slip the jack-o-lantern costume over their head and tuck it into place under their collar. They will tape the stem of the pumpkin to the brim of their hat.

What could be more seasonal than pumpkins? Your Scout Elf may head to the pumpkin patch and create a look-alike pumpkin friend, painted bright red to match their iconic outfit.
Materials:
- Color printer
- Card stock/paper
- Printable
- Scissors
- Tape or glue dots
- Skewer
- Pumpkin
- Red paint
- Paintbrush
Instructions:
- Your elf will paint a pumpkin red.
- They will print and cut out the printable. (Helpful hint: Printable is designed to be printed on 11″x17″ paper. If you cannot print 11″x17″, select “fit to paper” in your printer’s settings.)
- They will tape the arms, legs and collar onto the pumpkin.
- They will tape the head to a skewer, to help with stability, and poke the skewer into top of the pumpkin.
